Our Story

Rach Optometrists is owned and led by Alyson, Nisha & Anil Rach, alongside their dedicated team of eye care specialists. Alyson's fascination with eyes and glasses dates back to her early years, a curiosity that took root when she received her first pair of spectacles at the age of ten, igniting her path towards a career in optometry.

Nisha, who has been involved with the business since 2012, pursued Ophthalmic Dispensing at Glasgow Caledonian University and achieved her Ophthalmic Dispensing qualification in the summer of 2016, adding her expertise to the exceptional vision care provided by the Rach Optometrists team.

Anil just recently joined the team as one of our invaluable Optometrists, qualifying at the beginning of 2024. We are delighted to have another member of the family on board as we continue to look after the eyes of Fife!

Our practice is not just a business but a family-run institution, where our commitment to eye care has been unwavering since 1987. Over the years, we've built lasting relationships with countless patients who entrust us with their eye care needs, year after year.
